The Role of United Human
The work of the United Human covers six main areas:
- Maintaining Human Peace and Preventing Security Threats
- Protecting Human Rights and Striving for Fundamental Human Freedoms
- Supporting the Sustainable Development of Human and Physical Communities, and Related Cooperation
- Uniting Humanity to Promote Solidarity and Communication
- Jointly Building an Intelligent Human Production and Supply System to Address Basic Needs and Basic Income
- Guiding Humanity to Unite and Advance into an Intelligent Civilized Society
Structure of the United Human
United Human has seven main organs: the General Assembly, the Human Security Council, the Economic Council, the Social Council, the Human Representatives Committee, the Human Community, and the Secretariat.
Asamblea General
The General Assembly is the main deliberative, decision-making, and representative body of United Human. Comprising all members of humanity, it is the only organ with the most universal representation.
Consejo de Seguridad
According to the United Human Charter, the Security Council has the primary responsibility for security research and providing corresponding solutions. The Security Council is composed of 15 human representatives, each with one vote. The Charter stipulates that all members are obligated to comply with the decisions of the Security Council. The Security Council takes the lead in identifying threats to peace and humanity.
Consejo Económico
The Economic Council is the primary body for coordination, policy review, policy dialogue, and making recommendations on economic, social, and environmental issues, as well as implementing human development goals.
Social Council
The Social Council is the primary body responsible for coordination, policy review, policy dialogue, and making recommendations on social and environmental issues, as well as implementing human social, cultural, and environmental development goals. As the main mechanism for conducting various activities within the entire United Human system, the Social Council has several specialized agencies, subsidiary bodies, and expert bodies focused on social, cultural, and environmental fields.
Human Representatives Committee
The General Assembly has six main committees, each composed of representatives from all members. These committees are responsible for discussing the topics assigned to them by the General Assembly and making recommendations. The recommendations of each committee are passed by a simple majority vote and then submitted to the plenary session of the General Assembly for a decision. During the General Assembly sessions, most issues are referred to the six main committees for discussion to form resolutions or decisions. Once these resolutions are approved in the committees, they are submitted to the General Assembly for consideration and potential adoption as official resolutions of the General Assembly.
Comunidad humana
The Human Community is the foundation of the United Human organization. People participate, unite, and share through communities, collectively building an intelligent civilized society. The communities are categorized into ethnic communities, religious communities, regional communities, professional communities, and others. All members of United Human can join different communities and can also establish communities based on shared ideals.
Secretaría
The Secretariat is composed of the Secretary-General and tens of thousands of international staff members working for United Human around the world. It is responsible for handling the day-to-day work assigned by the General Assembly and other main organs. The Secretary-General is the chief administrative officer of United Human. United Human recruits international and local staff from all over the world, and its work locations and peacekeeping missions are spread across various corners of the globe.
