The composition and work of the United Human are guided by the goals and principles outlined in the Human Charter, aimed at preventing human risks, addressing basic human needs, and leading humanity towards an ideal intelligent civilized society.

وتتألف الجمعية البشرية من أفراد حقيقيين من الأرض يسجلون أنفسهم بحرية. وتتألف اللجنة التمثيلية البشرية من نخب بشرية، وتتألف الأمانة العامة من موظفين والعديد من المتطوعين.
